Your day-to-day:

- Working independently but also at the direction of a Lead UX Architect
- Working collaboratively with Business (BA) and Development teams to drive out designs that align to project objectives and are technically feasible
- Working with teams to create compelling user experience in Figma following a UCD-led process
- Planning and running design sprints to engage with internal stakeholders and customers
- Crafting and specifying the user interface style and theme to production quality aligned to our customers brand working with design tokens
- Working in an Agile environment following SCRUM methodology
- Work with other UX teams to define component standards across products

What you need to be successful:

- Bachelors or masters program in: Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, User Experience Design, Design Thinking, or a field related to user experience design with an accredited college/university.
- 3-5 years of user experience design, interaction design, and user interface design experience in enterprise and complex business processes, insurance domain a plus
- Experience with design and cooperative tools like Figma, Miro, Photoshop, Powerpoint, etc.,




- Experience or knowledge of working with design systems and design tokens
- Excellent communication skills:
- Capable of clearly communicating, in both written and verbal format
- Strong relationship management skills are a plus
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Keen attention to detail is required
