Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business requirements into elegant, functional designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to final implementation.
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create user personas, customer journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.
- Design wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with usability best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.




- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Solid portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design projects.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability standards.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
