Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Recent Delhi.
The Travel
Consultant will be responsible for creating and managing personalized travel itineraries, liaising with clients to understand their preferences, and providing expert advice on destinations and travel arrangements. The role involves booking flights, accommodations, and tours to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
The consultant will also handle customer queries, manage bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, itinerary planning, and destination expertise
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills to handle travel challenges and provide quick resolutions
- Proficiency in travel software and technology tools used for planning and reservations
- Experience in the travel industry or a related field is preferred
- A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Willing to work in the Australian Shift (4:30 am to 1:00 pm).
