Looking for an experienced Transition Leader with 10-15 years of experience to drive end-to-end migration and transition programs for global stakeholders. The role involves leading complex transformation initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless project execution. Candidates with strong project management expertise and experience in the insurance domain will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Independently lead multiple transition and migration projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines through strong project management practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centres to ensure seamless execution of transition programs.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, monitor project deliverables, and provide transparent status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Capture key learnings and best practices from completed projects and incorporate them into future transition initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end migration programs while managing stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

- Graduate with 10 of overall work experience.




- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in transition management or migration projects, preferably within the insurance domain.
- Proven experience in independently managing and delivering global transition programs.
- PMP certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
