Job Summary

This role is responsible for front-end and back-end testing in Life Insurance DMS applications with strong focus on Agent Compensation, KPI and Persistency validation.

Responsibilities

- Senior QA should have 3+ years of experience in QA with exposure to Insurance DMS domain.

- Strong understanding of DMS Commission Management: Basic Commission
- Basic Override Commission
- Variable Commission
- Variable Override Commission
- Clawback Commission
- Clawback Override Commission.

- Experience in validating: KPI calculation based on Premium Collection

- Agent Persistency.

- Valuable understanding of: End-to-End flow (Agent Policy Commission KPI).

- Should have knowledge of Agile Testing.

- Perform: Exploratory Testing, In-Sprint Testing, API Testing, E2E Testing.





- Must have knowledge on: Database Testing, Rules Testing, SQL Queries.

- Experience in: Test case design, execution, and maintenance.

- Responsible for: Defect reporting, tracking defect ageing

- SLA follow-ups.

- Should independently manage assigned tasks and client expectations.
