We are seeking a skilled Manual and Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing of software applications and a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
- Design and implement automated test scripts for regression and functional testing using tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Identify, record, and track bugs and issues in the software.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand requirements and ensure quality.
- Review test cases and execute tests according to the project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of test results and reports.
- Participate in the creation of test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
- Conduct performance and stress testing as needed.
- Required Skills:
- Proven experience in manual testing and automation testing.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in performance testing using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
