This role is not about scheduling meetings, documenting action items, or facilitating Agile ceremonies. It is about driving execution, making difficult decisions, holding teams accountable, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Our solutions combine enterprise software, AI, computer vision, cameras, sensors, industrial hardware, and warehouse operations. Success requires someone who understands that every delay has a financial impact, every scope change has a cost, and every missed commitment affects customer trust.

You will be the single point of accountability for delivery. You will challenge unrealistic customer expectations, push back on unnecessary scope expansion, question technical teams when timelines or quality are at risk, and make sure everyone—from engineers to executives—is aligned on what will be delivered and when.

We are looking for someone who is decisive, commercially aware, technically credible, and comfortable having difficult conversations. You should thrive in high-pressure environments where execution matters more than excuses.

Key Responsibilities Own Delivery from Start to Finish

- Take complete ownership of project delivery from kickoff through deployment, stabilization, and customer handover.
- Drive execution relentlessly, ensuring projects meet committed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish clear priorities, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent projects.
- Hold internal teams accountable for commitments and ensure deliverables are completed as planned.
- Escalate risks early, drive resolution, and make informed decisions before issues become project failures.
- Prevent unnecessary delays by proactively identifying execution risks across engineering, product,



hardware, and field operations.
- Ensure project plans reflect operational reality—not optimistic assumptions.

Protect Scope, Budget & Timeline
- Own project scope and refuse uncontrolled scope expansion.
- Challenge customer requests that fall outside agreed deliverables and negotiate appropriate change control when required.
- Balance customer satisfaction with commercial responsibility by protecting company resources and profitability.
- Ensure every project decision considers cost, resource utilization, delivery impact, and long-term business objectives.
- Drive disciplined project governance where every milestone, dependency, and deadline is actively managed.

Lead Customers with Confidence
- Serve as the primary customer-facing leader throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Set clear expectations and communicate confidently, even during difficult conversations.
- Push back professionally when customer requests threaten project success, delivery timelines, or commercial commitments.
- Build trusted relationships by providing honest, technically grounded guidance—not by simply saying "yes."
- Lead executive-level project reviews, steering committee meetings, milestone discussions, and implementation planning.

Challenge Internal Teams
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Release Management, Operations, and Implementation teams to drive successful delivery.
- Question timelines, assumptions, and technical decisions when they jeopardize delivery.
- Ensure engineering teams remain focused on committed deliverables and agreed priorities.
- Resolve cross-functional conflicts quickly and decisively.
- Drive accountability across every department involved in project execution.

Technical & Operational Leadership
- Understand the technical architecture well enough to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and communicate effectively with engineers and customers.
- Coordinate software releases alongside hardware deployments, site readiness, installation schedules, and field operations.
- Lead planning for physical deployments involving cameras, sensors, edge devices, networking, and industrial infrastructure.
- Coordinate field technicians and implementation teams to ensure successful installations, including weekend deployments when required.
- Anticipate operational challenges before they impact customer delivery.

Skills & Requirements

- 5 to 10 years leading complex technical implementation or project management initiatives.




- Proven experience delivering hardware-software integrated solutions, not just software products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving enterprise software, industrial hardware, field deployments, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience balancing customer expectations against scope, budget, resource allocation, and delivery commitments.
- Comfortable making difficult decisions and having challenging conversations with customers, executives, and engineering leaders.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage engineering teams in meaningful discussions around architecture, implementation, and technical risk.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience managing multiple high-value customer implementations simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and operational complexity.
- Bachelor''''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Brownie Points

- Experience within the supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations industry — you understand what our customers actually do day to day.
- Hands-on exposure to physical computer vision systems (cameras, sensors, edge devices) in an operational or industrial setting.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience managing multi-site hardware rollouts across a distributed geographic footprint.
- Familiarity with release management processes and their intersection with hardware deployment schedules.
