Hiring: Senior Technical Program Manager / Release Program Manager (AI-Driven Product Releases) ? Location: Remote ? Experience: 7+ Years ? Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager / Release Program Manager to lead end-to-end product release planning and execution across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large-scale software or SaaS product releases, driving cross-functional collaboration, leveraging AI tools to improve delivery, and ensuring successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end release planning, execution, and governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, GTM, Customer Success, and Support.
- Drive release readiness and ensure timely, high-quality product launches.
- Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive escalations.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Jira AI, etc.) to improve planning, reporting, and delivery efficiency.
- Define and track release success metrics, customer adoption, and business impact.




- Conduct post-release reviews and implement continuous process improvements.
- Prepare release communications, documentation, enablement materials, and executive reports.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Release Management, Product Operations, or Project Management.
- Experience managing enterprise software or SaaS product releases.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or MCA.
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, or Product-based organizations.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Protected certification is an added advantage.
