- Ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of projects through client engagement, partnering with technical teams and coordination of activities
- Taking ownership for project prioritization, definition, and compliance to ensure adherence with project management methodologies
- Applying existing technologies, approaches, and methodologies in combination to design new products, systems or processes
- Communicating and presenting recommendations for project plans and technical roadmaps to senior business leaders, customers and stakeholders
- Applying technical knowledge and skilled experience to ensure the execution of projects and programs are of the highest quality bringing value to the business
- Collaborating and communicating across cross-functional teams to track the design process and deliver projects on-time
- Taking ownership of the overall program roadmap, prioritization, and successful operationalization of solutions
- Enabling the overall vendor management strategy including the bidding process
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Have 8-10 years of experience in a technical program management
- Have minimum 5 years experience delivering Enterprise IT solutions in an engineering or manufacturing workplace such as PLM, ERP, MES, or CRM. ERP experience is a plus.
- Have strong stakeholder relationship management skills that inspire trust and confidence, in a matrix organization structure. Be organizationally & politically savvy, understanding the needs/wants and behaviors of different stakeholders.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills, with significant experience in presenting effectively to different audiences and all layers within the organization.
- Have experience managing global cross-functional project teams of 20 - 75 resources in size
- Have demonstrated ability to lead, document, plan, structure, budget - including forecasting and spend tracking, market, and execute technology projects and experience of managing projects or programs with budget levels of $2 - to $10 Million USD
- Have effective leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, influence and resolve conflict.
- Be able to demonstrate experience or knowledge of working with 3rd party suppliers and negotiating contract terms
