5. Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment automation.

6. Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance and expertise on software architecture, design patterns, and emerging technologies.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.

8. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

9. Stay current with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in software development, and recommend strategies for adoption.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) is a plus.

Over 20 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on the .NET full-stack framework and Azure cloud platform.

Proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.

Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices in software development.

Hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server, Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).

Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

Relevant certifications in .NET, Azure, or project management (e.g., PMP, Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
