Role Description

Role Description:

As a Senior Technical Lead - Asp.Net at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using Microsoft ASP .Net technology stack. You will work with a team of developers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing,



and maintaining software applications, as well as troubleshooting and fixing issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and develop software solutions using Asp.Net technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure and deploy software solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and the .NET framework.
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and experience with ORM tools such as Entity Framework.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- 8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
