Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter – Core IT Hiring

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in Core IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring technical professionals for IT services, product engineering, software testing, cloud, DevOps, data, and emerging technologies. The candidate must be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Core IT positions.
- Understand technical job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate technical profiles based on skills, experience, and project exposure.
- Conduct HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate hiring reports.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Achieve recruitment KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), and quality hiring targets.

Required Skills
- 8–13 years of experience in Core IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical requirements in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR is an added advantage).
- Experience recruiting for IT Services or Product Development companies.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
