- Lead end-to-end integration projects between Sprinklr and third-party platforms
- Consult internal and external stakeholders on technical solution design
- Troubleshoot API issues, build PoCs, and extend capabilities using SDKs
- Mentor junior consultants and document integration standards and best practices
