- Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail with solid expertise in RMS, SIM, MFCS, and SIOCS.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, enterprise integration design, Oracle Retail Cloud deployments, RMS data conversions, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, REST APIs, RIB, and web services.
- Strong knowledge of retail business processes, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Retail solutions across RMS, SIM, MFCS, and SIOCS.
- Define end-to-end solution architecture, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps for enterprise retail programs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure,



and high-performance solutions.
- Drive Oracle Retail Cloud implementations, oversee RMS conversions, provide technical governance, mentor development teams, and ensure successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.

Preferred:

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Retail modules such as RPM, ReSA, and Allocation, DevOps and CI/CD practices, Oracle Retail or Oracle Cloud certifications, TOGAF certification, and experience leading large-scale Oracle Retail implementations for Fortune 500 clients across the US, UK, and Middle East.
