We are looking for Senior Team leader Electrical with strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, a comprehensive understanding of construction and Engineering processes and demonstrated people management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• A master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Project management or construction-related skilled certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• Approximately 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering, construction engineering, project controls, design coordination, or project delivery.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or people-management role.





• Experience supporting international projects, particularly US-based construction or engineering projects, is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and team deliverables.

• Experience with electrical construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, change management, project closeout, budgets, and payment processes.

Flexibility to collaborate with US-based stakeholders and provide working-hour overlap when required.
