? Hyderabad (On-site) | ? 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST We are hiring an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive internal hiring across teams. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment independently, and consistent delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end internal recruitment (sourcing to closure)

Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals

Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fit

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback

Handle multiple open roles and ensure timely closures

Maintain structured pipelines and track hiring progress Requirements

7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills





Experience in internal hiring preferred

Good communication and coordination abilities

Comfortable working in night shift (US process)
