We are hiring an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive internal hiring across teams. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment independently, and consistent delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment (sourcing to closure)
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
- Handle multiple open roles and ensure timely closures
- Maintain structured pipelines and track hiring progress

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills




- Experience in internal hiring preferred
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working in night shift (US process)
- Ability to perform in a target-driven environment
