- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
- Perform server patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot server, virtualization, and storage issues.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance.
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity.
- Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to maintain highly available and secure IT infrastructure.
