About the Role

Join a growing Energy & Industrial Engineering team delivering next-generation solutions for global customers across Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, Fuel Cells, Power Generation, and Energy Transition. As a Senior Supply Chain, Procurement & Cost Estimation Engineer, you will drive supplier partnerships, procurement excellence, and cost optimization for complex engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for engineered equipment and project packages.
- Develop sourcing strategies and identify global suppliers.
- Drive supplier qualification, RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, and negotiations.
- Develop CAPEX estimates, should-cost models, and value engineering recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize cost and manufacturability.
- Manage supplier performance, quality, delivery, and commercial risks.
- Support localization,



alternate sourcing, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Present procurement recommendations to project leadership.

What We're Looking For: 10–15 years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Cost Engineering within Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, Fuel Cells, Power, or EPC/EPCM.

- Experience sourcing engineered equipment and electrical systems.
- Expertise in should-cost analysis, cost estimation, and supplier negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain preferred. Exposure to SAP/Oracle ERP, Advanced Excel, and Power BI is desirable.
