Role Description The Senior Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations supporting Sadhna.co’s portfolio of spiritual and pooja products. This role oversees demand planning, inventory control, procurement, and supply management to ensure product availability, quality, and cost efficiency.

The Senior Supply Chain

Manager will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor logistics performance, while identifying opportunities to optimize lead times and reduce wastage. Day-to-day activities include analyzing sales and inventory data, forecasting demand, coordinating with operations, production, and marketing, and implementing process improvements.



The role also involves building and mentoring a small supply chain team, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting new product launches with robust supply chain plans.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast needs, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Supply Management and Procurement capabilities to manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure reliable sourcing.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Relevant experience (typically 6–10 years) in supply chain management, operations, or logistics, preferably in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or consumer products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or skilled certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP or supply chain planning tools, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with data analysis and reporting dashboards.
