We seek an experienced Structural Design Engineer with expertise in the Design and Engineering of
Blast furnace complexes, BOF complexes, Material handling structures, and other Metallurgical projects to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in structural design, specifically in steel structure (Iron making and Steel making) using the software STAAD pro and having overall knowledge about steel plants.
Analysis and design of various technological structures of ironmaking (special Blast furnace),
including Industrial sheds, Material handling units, and Chimneys.
Develop structural arrangement based on Mechanical GA.
Develop the STAAD model and analyze and design of structure.
Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to meet project schedules and requirements.
Developing connection design and detail of steel structures.
Preparation of estimation, Specification, tender document, BOQ, QAP, and support proposal team.
Proficiency in STAAD, AutoCAD, and various IS (must have) /European/American/ British codes.
Attending meetings with Internal and external customers.
Engaging outsourcing partners and co-ordination with them.
Communication skills in English, and Hindi both Verbal and written.

Requirements
B. Tech /B.E in Civil Engineering or M.E /M. Tech in Structural Engineering.
10–15 years of industry experience, preferably in structural design for steel structures (Iron making and Steelmaking).
Preferred Background
Experience in Design & Engineering in the Steel Industry preferably in BF complex.
Proven ability to work independently under time constraints and adapt to diverse working environments.
