Role Description The Senior Storage Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing and maintaining enterprise storage systems, including configuration, monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

The Senior Storage

Administrator will manage, oversee backup, recovery, and replication processes, and ensure high availability and data integrity. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting storage-related issues,



coordinating with system and network teams, applying patches and upgrades, and documenting configurations and procedures. The role also includes contributing to storage architecture improvements, implementing best practices, and supporting audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Storage Management and Storage Solutions across enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting storage performance, availability, and configuration issues.

Practical knowledge of Replication technologies and data protection strategies.

Solid background in System Administration for servers and related infrastructure.

Experience with SAN/NAS technologies and leading storage platforms (e.g., Dell, HPE, NetApp) is beneficial.

Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Understanding of backup and recovery tools, disaster recovery planning, and IT security best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., storage vendor certifications, VMware, Microsoft) are a plus.
