Job Overview Evaluates supplier performance, manage processes, improve efficiencies, and provide inputs to the strategic decisions of the function.

Job Requirements

Managing the supplier relationships, discovering recent suppliers, onboarding and training suppliers, conducting scenario analysis, and setting up bid templates. Monitoring the pipeline of events with the global strategic sourcing commodity team and designing the sourcing execution methods based on best practices. Sourcing the supply partners, developing sourcing policies, creating cost estimates and forecasts, and negotiating cost-effective contracts.





Driving purchasing decisions based on market analysis, cost and scenario analysis, and collaborating with the internal stakeholders in identifying and pursuing new supplier opportunities. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork Experience Level Senior Level .
