Zycus is seeking a highly motivated Senior Spend Consultant to lead the functional implementation of its AI-powered Spend Management solutions. The role involves working closely with global customers to understand business requirements, configure solutions, drive implementation workshops, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong procurement domain expertise, excellent consulting skills, and an interest in leveraging AI to improve implementation efficiency.

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune Key Responsibilities - Lead functional implementation of Zycus Spend Management solutions across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules.

- Conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering, solution design workshops, and business process mapping with customers.
- Configure the application based on customer requirements and best practices.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
- Support integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise applications.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve functional issues and deliver successful implementations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices to customers.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge management initiatives. AI Skills & Initiatives - Leverage AI and GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve solution documentation, business analysis, test case generation, and implementation efficiency.




- Identify opportunities to automate implementation activities and improve customer onboarding.
- Promote AI-enabled consulting practices and contribute to internal AI adoption initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging AI capabilities within enterprise procurement and SaaS solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or an equivalent technical degree.

- 6–9 years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation or functional consulting.
- Robust experience in Spend Management, Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, or Accounts Payable solutions.
- Experience implementing enterprise procurement platforms.
- Strong understanding of procurement business processes and digital transformation.
- Experience with ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve productivity and delivery.
- Relevant certifications in procurement, consulting, or project management are an added advantage. Good to Have - Experience working on platforms such as Zycus, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP SMART, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Basware, Proactis, or Tradeshift.
- Experience in global implementation projects.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of procurement analytics, AI-enabled procurement, or intelligent automation.
