About the Role We are seeing for a talented Sr. Software QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in software testing. Person will be responsible for carrying out all core testing activities (requirement Understanding, Test Design, Execution, Defect Management and Reporting) while working and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities - Understand the requirements and ask right questions to remove ambiguities from the requirements - Implement right testing strategy for the module/projects under testing - Identify correct test cases for requirements in scope - Create/design and review test cases using optimized test design techniques - Execute test cases on multiple environments and levels (web, API, database) - Mentor Junior team members - Test the applications for functional and non-functional aspects - Participate in test planning and estimation activities - Defect Management and status reporting - Identify and raise risks on time - Collaborate with QA team, Developers, product team and other cross-functional teams - Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)



to enhance productivity.

Required Skills &

Qualifications - 5 years of professional experience in software testing - Proficiency in:

- Manual Testing, - Database Validations (Cosmos DB) - API Testing - Test Design Techniques and Execution - Defect Management - Positive understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Defect Reporting and Tracking in tools such as JIRA, TFS - Ability to provide estimations for testing tasks - Ability to Prepare test metrics and reports - Experience of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) Nice to Have - Knowledge of Automation testing (Selenium , Playwright or any other tool).
- Experience of using JMeter or any other tool for load testing .
