Key Deliverables - Architect and develop robust backend services using Java to support high-volume transaction processing.
- Design and optimize complex SQL database schemas to ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Migrate and manage cloud-native applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to maintain high code quality and deployment velocity.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure maximum system availability and security.
Essential Requirements - Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in software development within a high-scale environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java and deep understanding of object-oriented design principles.
- Advanced experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for large-scale databases.
- Proven hands-on experience deploying and managing services on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the fintech or payments industry with exposure to high-security compliance standards.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud strategies and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
