Job Title: SSE - Fullstack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of experience who enjoys building scalable backend systems while contributing to modern web applications. This is a backend-heavy role where you will design APIs, develop microservices, optimize databases, and build cloud-native solutions using Node.js. You will also collaborate with frontend engineers and occasionally implement or enhance user-facing features in Angular or React to deliver complete end-to-end functionality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices using Node.js.
- Build secure, high-performance backend services with a focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
- Design and optimize DynamoDB/NoSQL data models for performance and reliability.
- Integrate backend services with Angular/React applications and contribute to UI enhancements when required.
- Write clean, reusable, well-tested code with unit and integration tests.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.




- Work with AWS services, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployments.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Qualifications

- 4–5 years of Full Stack or Backend Development experience.
- Solid Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices, DynamoDB/NoSQL.
- Basic Angular or React experience.
- Experience with AWS, Git, CI/CD, testing, and debugging.
- Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leveraging LLMs and AI coding assistants for software development.
- Ability to write effective prompts, validate AI-generated code, and incorporate AI into everyday engineering workflows while maintaining code quality and security.
