Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and scale secure IAM microservices within a cloud-native (AWS) environment.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering peers to deliver impactful identity and access features.
- Lead debugging and production support initiatives, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Own features end-to-end—from design and coding through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Modernize legacy components and build new IAM services aligned with cloud-native principles.
- Implement and advocate best practices in secure coding, CI/CD, and cloud architecture.
- Mentor and guide engineers, perform thorough code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Promote a strong security-first mindset across all development and architectural decisions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET frameworks.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, algorithms,



data structures, and concurrency.
- Practical experience with AWS services (EKS, S3, Lambda, IAM) and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Cassandra).
- Understanding of RESTful API design, distributed systems, and scalability concepts.
- Robust problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with identity and authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM).
- Experience implementing secure coding practices following OWASP Top 10 guidelines.
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Interest in solving complex identity, access, and security challenges at scale.
