We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our technology team in Navi Mumbai to drive the development of scalable, data-driven solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and product requirements, ensuring our systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with modern AI and data standards. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software products.
Key Deliverables
Architect and develop scalable software solutions that integrate advanced data processing and AI capabilities. Optimize database performance and integrity using SQL to support high-volume product features. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks. Mentor junior team members and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks across the full software development lifecycle.
Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices to ensure system reliability and rapid iteration cycles.
Essential Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering. Advanced proficiency in SQL and database design for complex, data-intensive applications. Demonstrable experience in building and managing DevOps workflows and CI/CD automation.
Strong understanding of data architecture and the integration of AI/ML models into production environments.
Proven ability to own technical features from conception through to deployment and maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and productive code.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments or consulting frameworks. Familiarity with cloud-native development and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes. Prior exposure to product-led development methodologies and agile team structures. Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or data engineering.
