Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Use Agile engineering practices and technologies to develop creative, efficient solutions to enhance customer experience and create business impact.
- Link the architectural vision with the business vision,



focusing on business value, not just technical excellence.
- Identify and communicate issues/risks to stakeholders (Product Owners, Team Leads, Engineering Managers).
- Work with Product Owners and teams to refine and maintain product backlog and estimate development requirements.
- Dive deep into technical solutioning and troubleshooting with Tech Leads and Squads.
- Build solutions adhering to integration standards and best practices.
- Comply with coding guidelines, code reviews, change control, configuration management, and access control.
- Focus on continual development, improving problem-solving ability and engineering skills.
- Create and maintain technical design documentation for solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Node.js, Typescript, Angular, and other JavaScript-based technologies.
- Experience with building native mobile applications or using cross-platform technologies like React Native or Flutter.
- Experience with SQL Server, database design, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in developing RESTful APIs using Microservice architecture and Open API Specification (Swagger).
- Experience containerizing applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of scalability, availability, reliability, and manageability for complex, distributed environments.
- Familiarity with secure SDLC and application security & compliance.
- Background in the insurance/financial services sector.
- Experience building workflows using any BPM tool.
- Experience with eBao or any other Policy Admin Systems is a plus.




- A passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies.
