- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions to meet business needs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and productive code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers (SDE 1 & 2).

- Ensure high-quality software delivery via CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (GitLab/SVN).
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in software development.
- Promote best practices in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and software development techniques.
