Role Overview:

As a Senior Social Media Executive at The Reppro, you will be responsible for building and managing brands organic social presence across platforms. The role focuses on content creation, audience engagement, and organic growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and execute organic social media strategies and content calendars to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conceptualise and create engaging content for LinkedIn (mainly), Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Manage day-to-day platform operations including scheduling posts, community engagement, and monitoring conversations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand tone.
- Optimise posts using trends, hashtags, and platform best practices to improve organic reach.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to improve engagement and audience growth.
- Stay updated with social media trends,



platform updates, and content formats.

Must Have

IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED

- Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in organic social media marketing or digital content creation.
- Prior experience in copywriting ( REQUIRED).
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.
- Understanding of content performance metrics and engagement optimisation.
- A creative, collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.
