Role & responsibilities:

- Lead high-impact RCA investigations for complex production incidents across software, infrastructure, industrial controls, and production SOP execution.

- Chair structured, blameless RCA reviews aligned with ITIL Problem Management, ensuring fact-based analysis, clear ownership, and timely resolution of systemic issues.

- Serve as a customer-facing technical leader for RCA discussions, investigation updates, and formal deliverables within defined SLA timelines.

- Partner with cross-functional SME teams to drive investigation progress, validate findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and verified.

- Analyze logs, telemetry, system data, incident trends, and RCA datasets to identify root causes, recurring patterns, and improvement opportunities.

- Develop explicit RCA reports, executive summaries, dashboards, and leadership presentations for internal and customer stakeholders.

- Translate complex technical findings into clear business impact, customer impact, risks, decisions, and recommended actions.





- Drive strategic Continuous Service Improvement initiatives that reduce repeat incidents, improve system stability, strengthen reporting, and reduce investigation toil through automation and tooling.

- Influence organizational priorities by converting RCA findings and trend analysis into actionable improvement work across software, infrastructure, industrial controls, and production processes.

- Own follow-through on Problem Management actions by tracking problem tickets, coordinating owners, and ensuring corrective actions are completed with measurable outcomes.

- Support team management as a senior individual contributor by mentoring team members, improving RCA quality standards, and elevating team execution.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by presenting investigation outcomes, risk trends, and improvement recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.

- Provide occasional support outside standard business hours based on critical incident, customer, or workload demands.
