We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM / Vulnerability Response (VR) Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, Vulnerability Response (VR), scripting, integrations, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM and VR solutions.
- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support vulnerability lifecycle management and security workflows.
- Build reports and dashboards for SLA and vulnerability tracking.
- Handle BAU support, enhancements, defect fixes, and continuous improvements.

Mandatory Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow CIS – ITSM or Security Operations
