We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM & Vulnerability Response (VR) Senior Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in ITSM, Vulnerability Response (Security Operations), integrations, and platform customization, while ensuring secure, scalable, and SLA-driven service delivery.

Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries will be an added advantage. Key ResponsibilitiesITSM Development

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules, including:

Incident Management

Problem Management

Change Management

Request Management

Ensure implementations align with ITIL best practices and organizational governance.

Improve service quality by driving SLA compliance, reducing backlog, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Vulnerability Response (VR) / Security Operations

Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).

Manage end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, assignment, remediation, and closure.

Integrate vulnerability scanners such as Rapid7, Fortify, or equivalent security tools.

Support security compliance, audit readiness, and vulnerability reporting.

Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts for release validation and regression testing.

Provide production support, defect resolution, and platform enhancements.

Participate in CAB meetings, governance discussions, and stakeholder reviews.

Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) / Security Operations

Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs

Experience with ServiceNow scripting and platform development

Mandatory Experience

6+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) is mandatory.

Solid experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
