Creative Point is a dynamic and growing digital marketing company committed to helping businesses grow online. We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior SEO Analyst to lead SEO strategy and execution for our client and company websites, while mentoring junior team members.

As a Senior SEO Analyst, you will own end-to-end SEO planning and delivery — driving organic visibility, traffic, and rankings — and act as a key point of contact for client strategy and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and own comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) aligned with client business goals and KPIs
- Lead advanced keyword research and competitive analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Moz, or similar
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data/schema markup) and drive fixes with dev/tech teams
- Define on-page optimization standards for content, meta tags, internal linking, and landing pages, and review team output against them
- Design and oversee link-building and outreach campaigns, including digital PR strategies
- Guide content strategy for SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and landing pages; review and edit content produced by junior writers
- Manage and interpret data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and other reporting tools; build dashboards for client/management reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI; translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends,



and emerging tools; proactively adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor, train, and review the work of junior SEO analysts; support their onboarding and skill development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, paid media, design, and development teams to ensure integrated marketing execution
- Manage SEO project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple accounts

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO/SEM experience, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page/link-building strategies
- Advanced proficiency with SEO/analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and how technical implementation impacts SEO
- Experience managing SEO across multiple CMS platforms
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading junior team members
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects/clients in a deadline-driven environment
