As a developer, your role is to:

Develop and maintain our SCADA X (Hitachi Energy Micro SCADA X) that keeps ENGIEs power perimeter in balance.

Work on both front-end and back-end development using SCIL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Apply architectural design principles to build scalable, and robust solutions.

Apply software craftsmanship principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI) to build clean, maintainable, and resilient code.

Collaborate in an Agile/SAFe setting with analysts, dispatchers, and technical teams.

Contribute to on-call support (after onboarding) to ensure system availability and grid stability. (Our tools are business critical and are used 24/7)

Requested profile: -

You have a Graduate or master's degree with a specialization in IT and/or electrical engineering -

You have at least 5 - 10 years of relevant experience, -

Place of work and office hours: -

Your office will be at ENGIE Pune office - A minimum presence in the office of 4 days per week is required. Work@home is allowed for the remainder of days. - Work hours apply, with a workday that starts no later than 12:00 and does not end before 09:00 pm
