Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP WMS/WM Consultant, you will serve as a strategic architect and lead advisor for complex supply chain transformations. You will work closely with global stakeholders, business process owners, and technical teams to design, configure, and deploy robust warehouse management solutions that drive operational excellence. Your day-to-day involves translating intricate business requirements into scalable SAP architectures, troubleshooting critical system bottlenecks, and mentoring cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

By optimizing inventory visibility and warehouse throughput, you will directly influence the bottom line, ensuring that our clients maintain a competitive edge in their logistics and fulfillment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects by translating complex warehouse logistics requirements into high-performance SAP WM/EWM configurations to improve inventory accuracy and operational speed.
- Architect integrated solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow between MM, WM, and EWM modules to support unified business processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project roadmaps, mitigate implementation risks, and ensure that technical solutions align with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive system audits and performance tuning to resolve critical functional gaps,



thereby enhancing system reliability and user adoption across global sites.
- Mentor junior consultants and offshore development teams by providing technical guidance and best-practice frameworks to maintain high standards of delivery quality.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate mastery in SAP WM and SAP EWM configuration, with a proven track record of managing complex warehouse structures and advanced material flow processes.
- Exhibit deep functional expertise in SAP MM integration, ensuring that procurement and inventory management workflows are perfectly synchronized with warehouse operations.
- Showcase extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA environments, including the ability to navigate modern Fiori-based interfaces and leverage embedded EWM capabilities.
- Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical complexities to non-technical business leaders and influence decision-making.
- Maintain a high degree of adaptability to work in a distributed, remote-first setting, effectively managing time zones and virtual collaboration tools to deliver results across multiple locations.
- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology, complemented by a career trajectory that reflects 10 - 20 years of progressive responsibility in SAP logistics consulting.
