? Role Focus: 40% Release/DevOps | 30% Salesforce Dev | 30% Team & Client Leadership

? What You’ll Do:

- DevOps & Release Management: Own end-to-end Salesforce releases across all environments. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and deployment governance.
- Salesforce Development: Design and build robust solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows while maintaining coding standards and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of Salesforce developers and release engineers, driving delivery excellence.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, leading workshops, deployment planning, and requirement discussions.





? What You Bring:

- Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL).
- DevOps Mastery: Deep understanding of SFDX, Metadata API, Unlocked Packages, and Source-Driven Development.
- Tooling Expertise: Hands-on experience with Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required). PD II, Admin, or Copado certifications are a huge plus!

? Nice to Haves:

- Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience.
- Knowledge of Sales, Service, or Commerce Cloud.
- Exposure to MuleSoft or enterprise integration platforms.
