We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Field Service solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, integrations, and end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.

Configure and customize FSL components, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies.

Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.

Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

Optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management processes.

Participate in end-to-end implementation, deployment, testing, and production support.





Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Follow Salesforce best practices through code reviews and technical documentation.

Required

Skills

6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

Robust expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL managed package configuration.

Strong understanding of Work Orders, Service Territories, Scheduling, Dispatch Console, and FSL Mobile.

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification.

Experience with Service Cloud implementations.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
