✔ Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce Voice, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice

✔ Build conversational AI experiences, IVR, intelligent call routing, and AI-to-human handoff solutions

✔ Configure Agentforce Topics, Actions, Prompts, Instructions, Guardrails, and Reasoning capabilities

✔ Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST APIs

✔ Integrate Agentforce Voice with Service Cloud, Knowledge, Data Cloud, Case Management, Amazon Connect, Five9, and Genesys

✔ Design and implement RAG-based AI experiences, prompt templates,



and grounding strategies

✔ Ensure solution security, governance, scalability, and performance

✔ Mentor junior developers and collaborate with architects and business stakeholders

Required Skills

✔ 6–9 years of Salesforce development experience

✔ Robust expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Agentforce Voice

✔ Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, SOSL, REST APIs, and integration patterns

✔ Knowledge of Data Cloud (Data 360), Prompt Builder, RAG, Conversational AI, and Generative AI concepts
