- This position will serve as the technical anchor for the Salesforce practice and will play a key role in shaping scalable Salesforce solutions, establishing the best development practices, and mentoring future team members as the team expands.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise and hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, Agentforce, integrations, and enterprise-grade solution delivery.
- The candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end solution ownership across complex implementations. Years of Experience Needed - 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM development and customization experience
- Robust experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations Skills Required - Extensive hands-on experience with

- Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript
- Salesforce CLI, VS Code
- Strong experience in:

- Strong technical leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Lead development activities involving Agentforce, Apex, LWC Components, integrations, and platform customizations.
- Drive best practices around coding standards, DevOps, governance, security, and solution design.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Review technical designs and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Build and manage complex integrations with external platforms using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and help scale the Salesforce team over time.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and support future platform roadmap planning.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and implementation standards.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
