Position: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate (Residential Apartments)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales (Apartments)

Location: Chennai

Reporting To: Team Lead

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling residential apartments through both Channel Partners and Direct Sales, and should be comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of residential apartment projects through Direct Sales and Channel Partner (CP) Sales
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners/brokers to generate consistent business
- Generate and convert leads through direct client meetings, site visits, and walk-ins
- Conduct site visits for prospective buyers and effectively present project USPs, pricing, and floor plans
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and CPs




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and CP performance using CRM tools
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, specifically in apartment/residential sales
- Proven track record in Channel Partner Sales and Direct Sales
- Highly aggressive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach to sales
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
