Position: Senior Sales Executive / Property Consultant

Experience: 4-8 Years of relevant experience

Location: Khese Park, Lohegaon, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

- Generate and qualify high-quality leads.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and engage with Channel Partners .

Customer Engagement
- Present project features, pricing, and payment plans effectively.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Guide customers through the booking and documentation process.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
- Track customer interactions and follow-up schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
- Prepare cost sheet and update it as per recent market trends.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with management.

Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales closures.
- Stay updated on project details, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain ethical sales practices and represent the company professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience





- 4 to 8 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Proven experience selling premium apartments, villas, row houses, or plotted developments.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets and closures.
- Experience handling high-value transactions (2.5 Crore and above) is preferred.

Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Qualified presentation, grooming, and customer-facing skills.
- Confident in engaging with HNI and premium clientele.
- Ability to independently manage and close the complete sales cycle.
- Strong follow-up discipline with effective pipeline and time management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury or premium residential real estate.
- Sound understanding of RERA regulations and real estate documentation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Experience handling digital leads from Meta, Google, Housing.com, MagicBricks, and 99acres.
- Knowledge of home loan processes and customer financing.
