We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective customers, understanding their needs, providing suitable solutions, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective customers through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, telecalling, or customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
