Your responsibilities

- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through timely follow-ups and excellent customer engagement.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.




- Understand guests' travel preferences and recommend the most suitable homestays.
- Build trust with prospective guests and confidently address their questions.
- Coordinate with property owners to ensure availability and a seamless booking experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end guest experience that encourages repeat bookings and referrals.
