Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in the Hose Pipe, Fluid Transfer, Industrial Products, or Oil &Gas; Industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in Oil &Gas;, Petrochemical,

Refinery, Power, Marine, and Industrial sectors.

 Promote and sell industrial hoses, hose assemblies, fittings, valves, and related products.

 Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, consultants, contractors,

and EPC companies.

 Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

 Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.

 Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients.

 Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

 Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and customer support.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

 Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,



Chemical Engineering, or related field.

 3–7 years of sales experience in Hose Pipe, Fluid Transfer, Oil &Gas;, Industrial

Equipment, or related industries.

 Strong technical knowledge of industrial hoses, fittings, pipelines, valves, or fluid handling systems.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

 Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of Oil &Gas; industry standards and applications.

 Experience handling OEMs, EPC contractors, and industrial customers.

 Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.

 Sales revenue achievement.

 New customer acquisition.

 Customer retention and satisfaction.

 Order conversion ratio.

 Market expansion and business growth.

CTC: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
