- Design and develop Humanoid Robot mechanical structures.
- Design and develop Quadruped Robot mechanical structures.
- Develop robot chassis, frames, joints, and linkages.
- Select appropriate motors, gearboxes, actuators, bearings, and mechanical components.
- Design lightweight yet durable robot structures.
- Perform structural and motion analysis.
- Work closely with electronics and software teams.
- Create complete CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Prototype and validate robot assemblies.
- Optimize robots for stability, strength, and performance.
- Conduct testing and resolve mechanical issues.
- Coordinate with manufacturing for prototype and production.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 45 years of experience in robotics hardware design.
- Experience designing humanoid or quadruped robots is highly preferred.
- Robust understanding of robot kinematics and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of actuator integration and robot assembly.
