- Manage priority and niche requirements with a strong focus on quality and timely closures.
- Act as a domain-aligned recruiter with hands-on experience in semiconductor hiring.

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure.
- Handle multiple niche positions simultaneously while ensuring adherence to hiring timelines.
- Maintain strong control over interview-to-offer ratios and candidate quality metrics.

Semiconductor and VLSI Domain Hiring

- Recruit for core VLSI skill areas including RTL, DFT, Physical Design (PD/STA), and Verification/Validation.
- Support hiring for Embedded, Firmware, Analog, and AMS profiles.
- Screen and assess candidates with experience in EDA tools, UVM, ATPG,



and related semiconductor technologies.

Sourcing and Talent Mapping

- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, technical communities, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of niche semiconductor talent.
- Conduct initial screenings to validate technical exposure, experience relevance, and role fit.

Stakeholder and SLA Management

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand expectations, priorities, and technical requirements.
- Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with SLAs including turnaround time, submission quality, and closure efficiency.
- Provide daily status updates on sourcing progress, interviews, and closures until completion.
