Senior Technical Recruiter / Team Lead UK/Europe

Location: On-site, 5 days/week — Remote with occasionally travel to Lucknow or Noida office

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter / Team Lead to drive end-to-end technical hiring across the UK, Europe regions. This is a dual-track, hybrid role based out of our Lucknow or Noida office — you'll work as a hands-on individual contributor sourcing and closing technical talent, while also being ready to step into a team lead capacity, mentoring junior recruiters and overseeing hiring pipelines as the team scales.

Key Responsibilities

Individual Contributor

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational roles (e.g., Backend/Golang Developers, DevOps, IT Operations, Salesforce Developers, QA, etc.) across UK, European, and Indian markets
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, job boards, and internal ATS
- Screen candidates for technical fit, cultural fit, and role alignment (including JD-to-CV matching)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategy, and set realistic hiring timelines
- Manage candidate pipeline, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
- Maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring/critical roles
- Be available to align with UK/European working hours as needed for stakeholder calls and interview coordination (with adjusted shift timing from the office, if required)

Team Lead (as required)

- Guide, mentor,



and review the work of junior/associate recruiters at the Lucknow/Noida office
- Distribute requisitions across the team based on bandwidth and specialization
- Track team-level hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, pipeline health) and report to leadership
- Standardize sourcing strategies and best practices across UK/Europe and India hiring
- Step in on escalations — difficult roles, stalled pipelines, or stakeholder concerns

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Proven experience hiring for UK/European markets (understanding of regional compliance, salary benchmarks, notice periods, visa/right-to-work nuances is a plus)
- Strong hands-on sourcing skills — LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, X-Ray search, ATS tools
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as backend/full-stack developers, IT Ops, Salesforce, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.
- Ability to multitask between IC delivery and team coordination
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills across time zones
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team (even informally) is preferred but not mandatory
- Should be comfortable with overlapping UK/Europe working hours when required for that region's hiring

Nice to Have

- Experience with niche/technical role hiring (Salesforce, Golang, Cloud/DevOps)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Exposure to recruitment for IT operations leadership roles (e.g., regional Ops Lead/Manager positions)
